Alex Martin is a seasoned luxury real estate expert with more than 20 years of experience in Telluride and the surrounding region. As a Partner and co-founder of the Martin | Ostromecki Real Estate Team at Telluride Properties, Alex has successfully navigated more than $500 million in real estate sales, working with a discerning clientele who value discretion, diplomacy, and exceptional service.

A native of Olathe, KS, and a University of Colorado at Boulder graduate, Alex brings a unique blend of midwestern roots and mountain town savvy to his work. When he’s not working with buyers and sellers through the complexities of luxury real estate, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Sage, Executive Director at Mountainfilm, and their two sons, Henry and Jake.

Community: Alex is a Member of the Board for the Telluride Youth Lacrosse Association, has participated as a volunteer coach for youth soccer, and volunteers his time to Telluride Mountain Film, Habitat for Humanity, Telluride Mountain School and the Rock and Roll Academy.

For Fun: Alex is an avid outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, camping and mountain biking with his family.
