About Marcin
Marcin is a seasoned, full-time Telluride real estate broker with over a decade of experience in the Telluride market. His deep local knowledge is complemented by a background in hospitality and resort marketing, as well as real estate development that spanned large-scale resort, multifamily, and office projects—experience that enhances how he advises and represents clients.
Marcin is well-versed in land acquisition, investor relations, marketing, pre-construction, and financing, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how properties are planned, built, valued, and brought to market. This perspective allows him to effectively serve a wide range of clients, from single-family homeowners and custom builders to developers and investors navigating complex opportunities.
He also serves on the Telluride Association of Realtors MLS Committee, where he plays an active role in navigating the ever changing technological landscape and ensuring the market is represented accurately.
Originally from Wisconsin, Marcin earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Lubar School of Business at University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. While traveling the western United States to ski and climb during college, he discovered Telluride—a place that ultimately became home and the foundation of his professional career.
Hometown: Delafield, WI
Family: Wife Stacy and a playful black lab named Atlas
Education: University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
Community: Deeply connected to the community, Marcin is a volunteer with San Miguel Search and Rescue and a supporter of the First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund. He lives in Telluride with his wife, Stacy, a volunteer Telluride firefighter, and their black lab, Atlas.
For Fun: Outside of real estate, Marcin is an avid skier, mountain biker, hiker, and dirt biker— fully immersed in the mountain lifestyle that embodies Telluride.
“I think the best part about Telluride is that it’s a real town. There’s a genuine sense of community here. It’s not just a product of the ski resort. I think that’s why it’s retained its unique character.”
